What are the prohibitions on wearing masks?
Don’t pull your chin or hang it on your arm
When some people wear a mask, they pull the mask to their chin to expose their mouth and nose. This not only loses the protection of the mouth and nose, but also contaminates the inner layer of the mask. When the mask is worn again, it will increase the risk of infection. Some people put the mask on their arm after taking off the mask, which is also undesirable. During physical activities, the mask may come into contact with objects contaminated by viruses, and the inner layer of the mask is also easily contaminated with dust and bacteria, and it is more likely to be infected when you wear it again.
Do not touch the outside of the mask
The mask can block droplets. If you touch the outside of the mask with your hands, your hands may be contaminated by the outside of the mask. If you touch your nose and eyes with dirty hands, the virus will enter the human body unknowingly. When removing the mask, it should be removed through a lanyard, and discarded in the air. Try to avoid the mask from contacting any part of the body.
Under normal circumstances, disposable medical masks and medical surgical masks are for limited use, and the cumulative use does not exceed 8 hours; the use of masks by occupational exposure personnel does not exceed 4 hours. After the use time of the mask reaches the upper limit, it cannot be used any more.
