What are the optional fabrics for isolation suits
Isolation clothing uses fabrics: conductive silk fabrics, gabardine, gauze, TYVEK (acid and alkali resistant), etc.
Common optional fabrics for isolation suits: 5mm strip, 5mm grid, 2.5mm grid fabric conductive silk. In order, its anti-dust and anti-static effect is getting stronger and stronger. This is also selected according to the clean room level. Generally, the clean room below CLASS10000 (ten-thousand-thousand zone) should adopt 5mm strip conductive silk. CLASS1000 (thousand-level zone) and 5mm grid should be used. CLASS100 (class 100 area) clean room should use 2.5mm grid fabric conductive silk.
The isolation suit is made of 100% high-density polyethylene and is designed in a one-piece hooded style. Breathable and moisture permeable, it can block the penetration of fine dust and liquid. At the same time, water vapor can be allowed to leak out. Lightweight, tough, prevents static accumulation, does not produce dust, and does not contain silicon. Charge amount of work clothes: <0.6 micro library/piece. Charge density: <7 microbanks/square meter.
The isolation suit uses special polyester filament. Conductive fibers are interwoven in warp or warp and weft directions and are manufactured by a special process. Has excellent and long-lasting electrical conductivity. It is a necessary measure for anti-static clothing of personnel.
